Ingredients:

6 egg whites

325g (1½ C) sugar 

1 tsp white wine vinegar 

1 tsp cornstarch

 

Filling:

500ml (2 C) heavy cream

Strawberries

Blueberries

Raspberries

Fresh Currants 

Mint leaves

 

Bake: 275° 1 hour | Turn the oven off and allow the pavlova to cool inside for an hour or overnight
