Cranberry Orange Scones


450g (3 C) all-purpose flour,  plus 50g (1/3C) for dusting

75g (1/3 C) sugar

20g (4 tsp) baking powder   

1/2 tsp salt

75g (6 Tbsp) unsalted butter, softened

75g (1/2 C) dried cranberries

Zest of 1 large orange

2 eggs, save 2 tsp for the egg wash

250ml (1 C) whole milk


Bake: 425° 12-15 minutes

Yield: 20 scones using a 2" round cutter
