Ingredients:

200g (1¼ C) all-purpose flour 

200g (1 C) sugar

45g (1/3 C) cocoa powder

1 tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

250ml (1 C) warm water

75ml (1/3 C) vegetable oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp vinegar

200g (1 C) shredded beets

 

Bake: 350° 20-25 minutes

7x11 baking dish
